Liberate your mind and body
Creative entry points for improvisation and expression in your movement. We are working with different approaches to integrate music, our voice, lights, images and objects into the improvisation and creation of material.
Explore Characters — Aspects of Self — Shadow Sides — Morphing Body
Part I: The Topic
We will start connecting with the topic of the class, through reading a short text or sharing ideas about it. Then starting a guided warm up for the body and presencing the mind. Getting connected through some improvisation tools which are offering creative pathways to work with the topic.
Part II: The Story
The room will transform into an artistic playground, where from one simple action we will unfold a story. Integrating a second aspect into our movement — an object, a text, our voice or expression
Part III: Creation from Creation
In the third part each of us will use a tool of preference, e.g. writing, drawing, performing to express a stream of consciousness.

MOVEMENT IN A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY APPROACH
Combine different ideas within your body and use external stimuli to bring movement from another layer of consciousness.
GROUP CONNECTION AND LISTENING
You are not alone. We get inspired by each other and decide as a collective where the journey is going.
CREATIVE FREEDOM
Overcome the block of judging and doubting your instinct. It is ok to fail and the only way is trying out.
PLAYFUL IMPROVISATION
Be ready to jump into the cold water and find joy in the process of exploration.
Creativity needs room for failure, room to experiment and try out. Only then can we discover more.
