"Steal all the clocks and watches in the world. Destroy them" (Yoko Ono)
In a world unbound by time, two bodies merge in sacred motion — a dance of souls echoing the myth of eternal youth.
Duet Description:
In a realm where time has been shattered — its ticking silenced, its hands stilled — two dancers step into a void where memory, desire, and eternity swirl untethered. This is not just a duet; it is a poetic act. They enter the scene slowly and deliberately, dragging invisible weight — the remnants of stolen hours. Then they start to move in spirals, fluid and feral, untouched by gravity or regret.Together, they move in opposition and unison, mirroring the paradox of timelessness: stillness in motion. They collide, separate, and entwine, their bodies tracing ancient rhythms — pulses older than clocks, more honest than calendars. Each gesture destroys another second. Each lift reclaims a moment lost. As they move, time unravels.Der Suchende Dance Collective is an Interdisciplinary dance collective, based in Berlin, with contemporary roots, envisioning and practicing cross-artistical explorations.Acrartep is the moniker of Eugenio Petrarca, artist, composer and sound designer working in the realm of electronic music. Acrartep is also half and co-founder of the ambient project Ab uno. Acrartep’s artistic exploration primarily focuses on genres such as Ambient, Drone, and Minimalism, where each sound acquires its unique sonic identity through a blend of tones and overtones. His compositions are characterized by extempore arrangements of modular synthesizer patches, featuring long and sustained drones, slow progressions, rhythmic shifts, and repetitions, carrying the listener in an immersive and meditative sonic journey and crafting soundscapes with a ritualistic approach.Acrartep continues exploring the possibilities of electronic music through a unique and experimental approach, offering to audiences sound experiences that challenge conventions and invite the contemplation.
